3 Month Limited Warranty On All Offroad Products
OFFROAD PRODUCT: 3 Months Limited Warranty – Covers all Offroad products internal engine components and transmission (engine and powertrain) transmission ONLY for a period of 3 months from the date of delivery against manufacturers defects. Excludes *wearable parts like tires, batteries, bulbs, plastics etc.(*see below)
YOU the customer are VERY IMPORTANT to us! We value your business & would like to see you become a REPEAT CUSTOMER of ours! We take pride in every BIKE/SCOOTER/ATV that we sell either in our ST. LOUIS store or our ONLINE STORE. We have qualified techniticians who assemble them with the utmost of skill & knowledge. If you have purchased an ATV/BIKE/SCOOTER from us & have noticed a problem, give us a call @ (314) 652-2223 and schedule an appointment to have one of our qualified technicians analyze the problem, it may be just as simple as a slight adjustment of a screw or bolt and you're up & running! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR YOUR BIKE/ATV/SCOOTER BY YOURSELF DURING THIS TIME FRAME, leave it up to the professionals! If you do, you may be subject to a standard rate of $30/ hour repair charge for service + parts if it is found that the bike/ATV/scooter has been mechanically tampered with.
All of our bikes/ATVS/scooters are throughly inspected & meticulously assembled before they are sold in our store or home delivered. Bikes that are shipped via freight have been inspected by the manufacturer only & carry a 'manufacturer warrenty' only. Once a fully assembled bike/ATV/scooter leaves our store, filled with fuel & is ridden, is considered by Ultimate Toyz, LLC to be a USED vehicle. We have a 3- MONTH WARRANTY ON ENGINE & TRANSMISSIONS ONLY. This includes any bike/ATV/scooter that is purchased from Ultimate Toyz, LLC - ST LOUIS or our Belleville or East Alton locations, also applies to our website Ultimate Toyz . All sales are final. No refunds. For warranty repairs, the ATV, BIKE OR SCOOTER must be inspected by Ultimate Toyz, LLC technitians, otherwise work performed "outside of Ultimate Toyz, LLC" will void the warranty. The buyer is responsible for delivering the unit to and from Ultimate Toyz St Louis location. Ultimate Toyz, LLC will not pay any associated travel costs or shipping costs for getting the unit to Ultimate Toyz, LLC- 4243 West Natural Bridge- St Louis, MO.
Extended warranties are available for additional purchase. Three (3) month Extended Warranty - $90.00 & six (6) month Extended Warranty - $150.00. No other warranty either written or implied. Ultimate Toyz, LLC requires that defective warranty part(s) be returned to us in order to exchange for new replacement part(s). The buyer is responsible for paying all associated shipping costs for returning the defective warranty part(s) back to Ultimate Toyz, LLC. New replacement part(s) under warranty will be shipped to buyer at no additional cost to the buyer.

What is not covered?
*Wearable Parts - i.e. Tires, rims, body panels, fuses, forks, shocks, gaskets, light bulbs, seats, CV Boots, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, filters, clutch wear parts, cables, drive belt, chain, spark plug, any part made from rubber, belts, brake linings and/or pads, batteries, sprockets, external springs, clips, nuts, bolts, fasteners, frame, batteries, mirrors, glass or plastic parts. backing plates, all brake system components, cables, controls, linkage, vents, pumps, U-joints, electrical controls, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this Agreement. Labor not covered under the terms of this warranty.
Sorry but shipping damages Are Not Covered Under The Terms Of This Warranty, the delivery of damaged goods is the responsibility of the carrier. We will however help you to file a claim with the carrier.
All maintenance must be performed by Ultimate Toyz, LLC. Located at 4243 West Natural Bridge- St Louis, MO. There will be a $50.00 per hour charge plus parts and materials on all non-warranty work.
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased your ATV/BIKE/SCOOTER, ect. at either the BELLEVILLE, IL or ALTON, IL location- you MUST bring it to Ultimate Toyz, LLC 4243 WEST NATURAL BRIDGE RD- ST LOUIS, MO location. No vehicles will be accepted at the BELLEVILLE or EAST ALTON locations for repair. It is the customer's responsibility to deliver & pickup the bike needing repair/service. Ultimate Toyz, LLC is not responsible for pick up & delivery, unless customer has PAID for this service in advance.
